- The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding Service Providers.
- Any contractual relationship exists solely between the User and the Service Provider.
4. SERVICE PROVIDER RELATIONSHIPS
- Service Providers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of the Company.
- The Company does not supervise, direct, or control Service Providers' work.
- Service Providers are solely responsible for the services they provide.
5. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of Services.
- Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from their use of the Services.
6. EMERGENCY SERVICES
- Response times cannot be guaranteed.
- The Company bears no responsibility for emergency outcomes.
- Users should contact emergency services (999 or 112) for life-threatening situations.
7. PAYMENTS AND FEES
- Service Providers set their own rates independently.
- The Company is not involved in payment transactions between Users and Service Providers.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All intellectual property rights in the Platform remain the property of the Company.
- Users are granted a limited license to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose.
9. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
- The Company processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- Users consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of their data.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Any disputes shall be governed by English law.
- Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Users and the Company regarding the Services.
